Our Team

Clint Johnson, President

Clint was born and raised on a ranch in Akron, Colorado. The family farmed, raised cattle, and rode horses. Clint has two older brothers. In high school he wrestled and was state champion. Clint graduated from CSU with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. He has practiced forty-seven years. In college, Clint joined the Airforce and served in South Korea. Clint is a committed Christ follower, Elder, Sunday School teacher and men’s leader in the Foursquare Church. He has been married to Maureen for thirty-one years and they have a blended family - three daughters, two sons, and 10 grandchildren. This year Clint retired from veterinary medicine, giving him a chance to volunteer at the Pregnancy Center. “I have been a supporter of the Pregnancy Center for decades and I am honored to serve Jesus in this ministry.” Dr. Johnson still farms and has a cow/calf operation near Akron.

Pastor Paul Speicher, Vice President

Paul Speicher is the Pastor of Harvest Assembly of God in Brush, CO. Paul, a lifelong resident of Northeast Colorado, and his family have spent the last 20 years serving multiple communities in our area. They are committed to the sanctity of life and our ministry to serve individuals facing unplanned pregnancies in the northeast plains. His wife, Loraine Speicher, BSN, recently returned to ACPRC as our Nurse Manager. They have four children. We appreciate them and their willingness to give back to our community.

Paula Crook, Secretary

Paula Crook joined the Board of Directors in October 2019 and serves as our Vice Chair. She is our Baby Bottle Coordinator and does volunteer work at our Brush location. Paula and her husband, Kevin, moved from Arvada to Morgan County in December 2016. Paula has also served on the Brush Tree Board since 2017. She and her husband have four grown children, six grandchildren, and one great grandson. She and her husband enjoy taking walks, serving in their church, and doing home improvement projects.

Teresa Munday, Treasurer

Teresa Munday is a Certified Public Accountant, pastor's wife, church secretary, and mother of three grown children living in Brush, CO. Teresa's husband, Shannon, has been pastor of Platte Valley Baptist Church in Fort Morgan since 1997. Teresa has served on the Board of Directors since 2018. She currently serves as Secretary/Treasurer on the Board. She enjoys serving her church family, reading, crafting, and cooking.

Dr. Julia Trevino- Emerson, MD
Medical Director and Board Member

Julia Trevino- Emerson, MD, oversees medical services as Medical Director in Northeast Colorado. She is a board-certified Family Physician who practices Obstetrics, licensed in the states of Colorado and Nebraska. She graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with an MD degree and completed her residency in Denver, at Rose Medical Center. She also serves on the Medical Advisory Board for the Resource Center in Greeley, CO. Having faced an unplanned pregnancy early in her career, she is passionate about helping women during a vulnerable time in their lives. She is the mother of five children and resides with her husband of twenty years.

Andrew Smith, Board Member

Andrew Smith has served on the Board of Directors since 2017. He is a husband, a father of two, a youth pastor, and an oil lease attendant. He and his wife, Jolona, live in Yuma, Colorado. The two of them enjoy hunting and being active in the community. Mr. Smith also serves on the Yuma United Making Advances committee and as deacon in the Yuma First Baptist Church.

Barry Richardson, Board Member

Barry was born in Morgan County and raised on a farm south of Wiggins, Colorado. He attended Colorado State University after high school, graduating with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree and practicing primarily large animal medicine for five years in eastern Colorado. Feeling called to full-time Christian ministry, he and his wife, Carol left Colorado and began missionary training with Ethos 360, formerly known as New Tribes Mission. Over the next 35 years they served as church planters in Liberia and Ivory Coast, West Africa as well as missionary trainers with Ethos 360 and Mission Training International. Barry and Carol have 3 married children and 8 grandchildren which give them great joy. In 2016, Barry and Carol moved back to Wiggins where they actively participate in a number of ministries at Summit Baptist Church and have recently begun to serve as volunteers with A Caring Pregnancy Resource Center.

Deb Eurich, Board Member

Debbie Eurich joined the Board in January 2024. She lives in Fort Morgan, CO, and is a Registered Nurse working in surgery at St. Elizabeth Hospital. She has been married for 43 years to Les and has 3 grown children and 2 grandchildren. She has a heart and passion for women and children. She feels it is an honor to serve on the Board in this new role and desires to become more active in A Caring Pregnancy Resource Center once she retires. She is herself a survivor of the trauma of abortion early in her marriage and has experienced the healing power of Jesus Christ.

Roberta Bigalk, Executive Director

Roberta began as our new Executive Director on July 18, 2022. She has spent most of her professional career in ministry and with volunteers in various non-profit organizations. She is a Washington state native who has been married to her husband, Brad, for over 31 years. They have three grown children. She enjoys a good Americano!

A Caring Pregnancy Resource Center of Northeast Colorado is committed to provide accurate information about pregnancy options, abortion procedure risks and alternatives, and post-abortion support.  We do not offer, recommend, or refer for abortions or abortifacients.  Our services are available at no cost to you. We offer a holistic approach to helping women that includes pregnancy tests, ultrasound, STI testing, and before/after birth resources.  We do provide a safe environment in a warm, comfortable setting where privacy and confidentiality are top priorities.
